Q - Why do you not take credit cards?
A - We only accept PayPal to save on credit card processing fees. We can then pass the savings on to our customers. That helps us be able to offer our low prices.

Q - Can I upgrade my plan?
A - Yes, you can. We can seamlessly upgrade your account to a larger plan, a VPS, or even a dedicated server. We have had many clients start out with a low priced web hosting plan and eventually upgrade to a dedicated server as their site grows.

Q - Your prices are so low. Do you put advertisements or banners on my web site?
A - No, we do not place any ads or banners on your site as many low priced web hosts do.

Q - What type of web sites are not allowed to be hosted on your servers?
A - Any web sites which are illegal, contain copyrighted files (warez), spamming scripts, etc. Please see our policies for additional info on this subject.

Q - Can you move my account to your servers for me?
A - Yes if your old host uses cPanel or WHM our migration team can copy all your accounts for you and help you with your nameserver changes! There is no charge for this service.

Q - I don't have PayPal can I pay with credit card?
A - Please contact our billing department they will work something out with you.
